William "Bill" Cantrall was an AFS World War II ambulance driver. The luncheon took place at the Michel Richard Citronelle Restaurant, located in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. in the Latham Hotel, and was sponsored by Lufthansa. Representatives of the French, German, British, New Zealand Embassies were present.
